Where we work

Roofing Services Across Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough & Sarasota Counties

Coastline serves 25+ Florida cities along the Gulf Coast: from our Palmetto headquarters out through Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, the South Pinellas barrier islands, South Hillsborough, and the Sarasota corridor. For larger jobs we travel statewide.

Beyond the primary service area

Manatee, South Pinellas, South Hillsborough, and the Sarasota corridor are our core daily-coverage area. Same-day callbacks, fastest response on storm work, and the densest job history.

For larger projects, we travel the rest of Florida. Coastline has worked from Miami to Tallahassee to Daytona, and we are happy to quote out-of-area replacements and commercial projects on request. Call us first to confirm we can fit your timeline.

What we see across the region

Different counties, different roofing problems

Barrier islands and the coast

Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde, and Apollo Beach take direct salt-air exposure plus the worst of every Gulf storm season. We spec wind-rated systems by default here: Atlas Pinnacle Pristine at 130 mph, standing seam metal, or fully adhered tile with secondary water barrier. Wind mitigation documentation is included so your insurer can apply the discount.

North Manatee and Ellenton corridor

Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish, and Myakka City run a mix of rural lots, new-construction subdivisions, and older waterfront homes. Storm season hits the open-field exposure hard. We cover this corridor daily out of our Palmetto headquarters at 1500 15th Ave Dr E #108, which keeps response time short on emergency tarping work.

South Pinellas peninsula

St. Petersburg is the largest city in our service area and we cover everything from historic Old Northeast bungalows to Snell Isle waterfront homes. Pinellas Park, Gulfport, and South Pasadena round out the peninsula. Salt-air corrosion shortens the useful life of fasteners, flashing, and exposed-fastener metal here, so we replace those proactively on every install.

South Hillsborough and Tampa Bay

South Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City Center, and Wimauma. Sun City Center alone has thousands of homes built between 1960 and 2000 hitting their second or third roof replacement cycle. Newer Riverview and Wimauma subdivisions are starting their first-ever replacement after recent storm seasons.
